9.15am: – 500m Individual Hydraulics Hawke’s Bay Dash
9.15am: – 500m Teams Brayden Coldicutt Dash
9:40am: – 1km Individual HB Regional Council Classic
9:40am: – 1km Teams Napier City Council Classic
10:30am: – 2.5km Individual Arena Ultimate
10:30am: – 2.5km Teams Arena Ultimate
Prizegiving
Prizegiving starts 30 minutes after completion of the final race (approx. 12pm) on the grass area at the finish line.
Safety briefing
A compulsory race briefing will be held in the starting area 10 minutes prior to each race start time.
Entries
Online entries close 9pm Thursday 20th February 2024.
Late entries will be via manual entry forms at registration on 4pm – 6pm Friday 21st February at Milk and Honey Cafe, Hardinge Road.
Eftpos facilities will be available on Friday for late entries. Please note that late entries incur an additional fee of $10 plus admin fee.

RACE PACK COLLECTION
4pm – 6pm Friday 21st February at Milk and Honey Cafe, Hardinge Road.
Race packs must be picked up by the participant the day before the event.
If for some reason you are unable to pick up your race pack at registration, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. At registration you will receive your final race day instructions, race cap, timing chip, and your hand will be marked with permanent black marker pen with your race number.
Facilities
Toilets and showers
Public toilets and cold showers are located near the registration area and finish line.
Parking
There is plenty of parking available on the streets around the venue, Spriggs Park car park and the grassed area beside East Pier.
Food and drink
There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance – Milk and Honey is a good place to start. We also have a coffee cart on site for those needing an early morning “coffee fix.”
